The novventis.com website is provided for informational purposes, allowing customers and prospective customers to learn about our services, request estimates, and contact us. By using this website, you agree to the following:
• You will not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or any systems connected to it.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any contact form, estimate request, or communication on the site.
• All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Novventis and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date; however, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free of errors. Novventis is not responsible for any decisions made based on information found on the website.
All estimates and quotes provided by Novventis are based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary due to:
• Changes in scope of work requested by the customer
• Discovery of unforeseen conditions (e.g., structural damage, code violations, material deficiencies) during the course of work
• Increases in material costs or supplier pricing beyond our control
• Permit fees, inspection fees, or other government-required charges
A written proposal or contract will be provided before major work begins. Customers are encouraged to review all documents carefully and ask questions before signing. No work will begin on large projects without a signed agreement and, where applicable, a deposit.
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal or service agreement. In general:
• Deposits may be required prior to scheduling or beginning work.
• Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment where available.
• Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• Customer is responsible for any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred to recover unpaid amounts.
Scheduling appointments with Novventis is subject to availability. We make every effort to honor scheduled times; however, delays may occur due to prior jobs running long, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service. For large-scale projects, cancellation after a signed contract may result in forfeiture of any deposits paid, as outlined in the project agreement.
Novventis communicates with customers and prospective customers through multiple channels, including phone calls, email, and text messaging (SMS/MMS). By providing your phone number to Novventis — whether through our website, a verbal agreement, a written form, or any other means — you acknowledge our ability to contact you regarding your inquiry or service.
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive text messages from Novventis, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from us, which may include:
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Estimates and follow-up on service requests
• Project updates and scheduling changes
• Promotional offers and seasonal service announcements
• Customer care and support messages
Your consent to receive SMS messages is entirely voluntary. You are not required to provide SMS consent as a condition of purchasing any service or product from Novventis. Consent to receive text messages is not required to engage our services.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent to or received from Novventis. These charges are determined by your mobile carrier and your individual plan. Novventis is not responsible for any messaging fees charged by your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Novventis at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at 609-310-1432 or [email protected].

Providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS messages is completely optional. Your decision to opt in or opt out of SMS communications will have no bearing on your ability to receive services from Novventis, the pricing of our services, or any contractual relationship with our company. You may obtain services from Novventis without consenting to receive text messages.
Novventis stands behind the quality of its work. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be specified in the applicable service agreement or proposal. In general:
• Labor warranties apply to defects in workmanship resulting directly from our installation or repair work.
• Material warranties are governed by the manufacturer of the materials used and are separate from our labor warranty.
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the warranty period.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, acts of nature, or failure to maintain the property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novventis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or website use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you in its entirety.
Novventis is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage to property not identified in the scope of work prior to project commencement.
Novventis maintains all required licenses and insurance in the State of New Jersey for the services we provide. Where required by law, Novventis will pull permits for applicable work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their property is legally accessible for the work ordered and that there are no outstanding violations or restrictions that would prevent Novventis from completing the scope of work. Novventis is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from permit rejections, code violations pre-existing at the property, or stop-work orders unrelated to our workmanship.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal action. Please reach out to us at [email protected] or 609-310-1432 and we will make every effort to address your concern in good faith.
In the event of a formal dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through mediation in Mercer County, New Jersey before initiating litigation. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law provisions.
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Novventis reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to our website at novventis.com with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
